Welcome

The Pacific Northwest Citadel Club officially covers Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. We started in August of 2003 with just a few members and a couple of events each year. We now have a very active club in the PNW. The Club holds a minimum of 4 events annually, usually in the Seattle metro area:

1. Citadel Muster in March
2. Summer Picnic - July/August
3. Annual Meeting - Sept/Oct
4. Holiday Party - Dec

We've had a great time discovering each other and invite all area Citadel Alumni to join us. Our club has grown from 5 in August of 2003 to over 160 roster members at the end of 2011.

MUSTER 2013

This years Muster was a great success - fewer members in attendance but the Ex Cadets were handsome and charming, their wives were beautiful, the food was great and the views of our Great Northwest were outstanding. Hats off to Ed Fahrenkrug for his superb planning, Bob Dixon as ever the perfect MC and Mike Hurst preformed his duties as President flawlessly and he did not have to save anyones life this year. Army Captain Christina Castillo added Honor and Personal Experience to our Military Tribute. As we look forward to the Summer Picnic we are reminded by Maurice that now is the hour of this years Dues Drive.-remember you can pay via PayPal. Speaking of the Picnic I am sure some of you are disappointed that the Blue Angels will not be at Seafare this year but rejoice - I have it on good authority that Carl's favorite Squadron of Canada Geese will be in attendance. Hope to see you there.

CLUB OFFICERS INSTALLED FOR 2013

Mike Hurst 02 is our new President and Michael Selders 69 starts another two year term as Treasurer while Maurice Warshaw 81 continues as Secretary and Carl Kleinknecht 89 will serve as our Immediate Past President. Ed Fahrenkrug 97 is our new President Elect.

BOB DIXON has retained his position as our district Director. We are all glad you are still representing us.

Our Club once again achieved a "Gold Star" rating for 2012, our third year and a new ribbon for our Guidon. Let's make sure we add a ribbon in 2013.
